30-Day Returns
You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your item. Returned items must be unused, include all original components, be free of stains, marker marks, scratches, damage, or other signs of use, and be returned in original packaging with proof of purchase.
To start a return, email support@paint-hide.com. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping and Refunds
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless an item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect. We do not charge a restocking fee.
After we receive and inspect an approved return, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable except where required by law or when the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact support@paint-hide.com within 48 hours whenever possible and include your order number plus clear photos of the item and packaging.
